All we can do is take one day at a time. And speak up. We have to speak up. We have to talk about the hands on problems and challenges and failed execution and the road to hell is paved with good intentions. You try not to become even more cynical but it is difficult. --

Please take some time for yourself as well--one day at a time. Please continue to speak up and out. Many are listening; I am listening. The problems do not go away or get better unless one talks about them--sometimes dispassionately, sometimes with fire and brimstone from the pulpit.
In times when I cannot think what else to do, I am reminded of my Catholic school upbringing and the Serenity prayer. "...to accept the things I can change, to change the things I can, and to have the wisdom to know the difference. --christopher
